I am writing to express my interest in renting a room for a fixed 6-12 month lease starting April 1, 2026. I am able to pay two months’ rent in advance and can provide a good credit history as well as previous landlord contact. I would like to note that I will be able to move furniture and personal belongings into the room starting April 1, 2026. However, I will not be residing there for most time until August 1st, as I will be temporarily staying in Toronto during this period. (of course i will be paying rent for this period too april 1st to august 1st) I am happy to provide any supporting documents you may require, including a credit report, references, or proof of funds.
