Hi everyone! I’m Natalie(:

I’m 24 and moving to Toronto from the US to pursue a Masters in Social Anthropology at York University. I’m looking for a sublet or for some girls/queer folks who might be interested in collaborating to find a place! I’m interested in a July/August move-in but could definitely be flexible for the right fit. My tentative budget is about $1300 a month.

I’m new to the city so I would love to be friends with my roommates but I also totally understand/value alone time! I love to go out and be social, but I need to balance that with chill down time, most of which I spend reading, crafting, or sifting through my ever-growing CD collection(;

I’m really tidy and respectful—I lived in a house with 4+ other girls most of undergrad so I have lots of experience with navigating keeping a clean & comfy space with roommates!

As far as the place itself, I don’t have a super strong preference on neighborhood, but ideally I want to have a 40 minute or less commute to York (Keele Campus). It would also be great if there were parking nearby as I will probably have my car.
