I am searching for a room for a dear friend who is 82 years young. His wife has landed in long term care and he can no longer afford an apartment on his own. He is very friendly, well read loves conversation. Can cook and clean for himself. Looking for a room with a single bed, he will bring a table and a chair and a few odds and ends. He loves to write and spends hours enjoying the outdoors, writing and reading.
