I am an optometrist who is going to be in KW a lot more in the future months for at least 2-4 nights/week, and am looking for a small space of my own to be my home away from home. I am very open to being social with prospective roommates, but also very happy to keep to myself as well depending on the vibes as long as the overall vibes are respectful and promoting good cohabitation. I will likely not need to use laundry and kitchen as much since I am only there so often but will need parking.
