We are a responsible and friendly couple from South Korea, arriving in Vancouver soon on Working Holiday visas. We are both excited to start our new journey and are looking for a comfortable place to call home.

Reliable & Respectful: We both have full-time jobs lined up/planned, so we are financially stable and will always pay rent on time.

Clean & Organized: We take pride in keeping our living space tidy and organized. We are very respectful of shared common areas.

Quiet & Mature: We aren’t party people. We enjoy a quiet evening after work, whether it’s cooking a nice meal or watching a movie.

Non-smokers: We don’t smoke and don’t have any pets.

We are easy-going, open-minded, and value clear communication with our housemates or landlords. Our goal is to find a peaceful environment where we can settle in and enjoy the beautiful Vancouver life!
