We are three quiet, responsible people looking for a long-term rental starting in April or May. Our budget is $2000-$2300 a month for a 2 bedroom, preference for 1.5+ bathrooms and a yard but not a requirement!

We are clean, organized, and kept to ourselves. None of us drink, smoke, or party, and we are looking for a calm, stable environment to study and work from.

We have a well-behaved 50lb lab mix, small cat, and a few small animals. One of us is attending a course to become a Veterinary Assistant, so all of the animals are well-maintained and trained. They are all quiet, contained, do not smell, and are absolutely not destructive. We are happy to provide references of our character if requested!
