Heya, Kev here. Well-traveled, professional and coming to the area for a couple of months in July to explore and get a feel for it. I’m mainly looking for a home base to land between hikes in the parks. I’m very outdoorsy (hiking, paddleboarding, etc.). I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful, and value a relaxed, positive living vibe. Always happy to hang, share a meal, or chat when it works, and just as comfortable giving space when needed. I’m chill, not a partier, drama-free, and easy to live with. A solid internet connection would be a bonus.
