I’m a new Graduate, who’s currently working Part-time in Toronto, and will be bumping up to full time in May.

I can be flexible with the rent price for the right place.

I’m looking for roommates who are clean and tidy. I always clean up after myself, put dishes away, contribute to chores, etc… and am looking for like-minded roommates. I have no problem with chore schedules, and would love a place where everyone pitches in :)

I can be quite social, and love to catch up, but am generally quite quiet, I don’t play music, and I usually don’t use a common room TV. I’m hoping for quiet roommates as well. Especially since I need space to recharge after work.

I lovee animals but am unfortunately very allergic to cats, less so dogs. I grew up with dogs, and if we can vaccuum regularly, clean, etc… I’m usually okay with a short-haired dog in the home (and would love them very much :)). I don’t smoke due to asthma, and wouldn’t be able to live in a smoking home.

I love to cook, and would be open to doing roommate dinner nights. I also enjoy a drink and a night out on occasion.
