I am an Electrical apprentice looking for an affordable place as close to UBC as possible as ill be working there for the next 2-3 years. I am a very quiet individual when it comes to my home life as I work construction, I very much enjoy the quiet/silence. I am clean, Respectful, organized and do not do any drugs, smoke or drink. I currently have 2 vehicles: a car and a small truck. So parking would be great but I can always find somewhere else to park my truck if need be.
