Looking to share a either a long-term character house with yard and garage (space for my stuff currently in storage), after bring rent-increased/flipped out of my last 2 house rentals since 2023 (previous long-terms were 11 years + 8 years), or a shorter-term ‘with just some suitcases’ while I keep hunting (anywhere from 3 mo. - 1 year). I’m an artist & NPO arts admin, avid gardener, vegetarian but fine with meat-eaters; fave pasttimes are sitting around a back-yard campfire with good music (have canopy and other yard essentials) and arts festivals; I like cooking, I cycle (don’t drive), am clean & courteous, and energy-conscious.
