Alex and I are both queer, 20yrs old, and enjoy a night in doing crafts or watching a movie. I have 3 affectionate cats and Alex has a lovely older, medium-sized, mixed dog.
We are currently signing a one year lease for a 3bd 1bth main floor rental right by Family Pet Hospital. It’s available July 1st and is owned by a great private landlord. Rent split between 3 people is about $660, including utilities. The damage deposit is a full months rent.
The third room that will go to our third roomie is not shown in the photos, but is about 105 x 155 inches big, with a decently sized west facing window and a small closet.
