Hey, I’m Sam! (he/they) A little about myself! I work full-time with later shifts, so I’m usually out most of the day and keep a pretty low-key schedule. I’m quiet, clean, and respectful — I really value cleanliness and clear communication in a shared living space. I like common areas to stay tidy and always clean up after myself.

I don’t have pets but love them, so I’m totally happy living with animals.

Outside of work, I’m into rock climbing, board games, video games, and Magic: The Gathering. I’m independent and value personal space, but I’m always down for a conversation or the occasional game night.

I’m looking for something long-term and am flexible with locations along the two line. I’d also require a LGBTQ+ friendly space (I’m comfortable living with any and all genders/orientations). My budget is around $1,000-$1,100/month.

I’m not in a huge rush to move and would rather wait for the right place and fit.
