Seeking:

• Type: Unfurnished room in a shared apartment/house (long-term preferred). Flexible on the move-in date, sometime later year.
• I’m also open to joining a search party!

Budget: Ideally around $1,000/month, though I have some flexibility depending on the space and what’s included.

Location: Fairly flexible, but I’d ideally like to be somewhere along the Green Line. Closer to the east end is an added bonus!

Accessibility: I’m not sensitive to scents, don’t have any pet allergies, and stairs or walk-ups are no issue.

About Me: Hey, I’m Sam (he/they).

I work full-time with later shifts and regularly work weekends, so I’m usually out for much of the day and keep a pretty low-key schedule. I’m quiet, clean, respectful, and easy to live with.

Outside of work, I’m into rock climbing, board games, video games, catching a movie, Magic: The Gathering, reading a good book, and taking care of my collection of houseplants 🪴.

I’m fairly independent and value personal space, but I’m always up for a chat or the occasional game night.

I really value cleanliness and clear communication in a shared living space. I like common areas to stay tidy and always clean up after myself.

I don’t smoke or vape, don’t have any pets (though I’d love to live with them!), and I’m comfortable living with people of any gender or orientation.

I can provide proof of employment, previous rental references, a credit check, and first & last month’s rent. I also don’t require parking.
