Tia Vinod

Hi! I’m Tia, a 21-year-old graphic designer. I work and study in design, so I spend a good amount of time on my laptop working on creative projects. I’m pretty easygoing and respectful of shared spaces.

I’m looking for a place with fewer roommates and a private room, ideally with people around 20–25, so we can have a friendly environment and maybe hang out occasionally.

I enjoy playing music while I work, but it’s always at a low volume and inside my room, so it won’t disturb anyone. I have guests over once or twice a month, but nothing loud or disruptive.

I don’t cook very often (mostly weekends), so I’m pretty low-impact in the kitchen. I’m also clean, organized, and respectful of shared areas.

Overall, I’m looking for a chill, respectful living environment where everyone gets along and communicates well.
