Looking for long-term, all-inclusive, accommodation/rental. I’m quiet, clean, and keep to myself mostly. I work (overnights), I write, I work-out a lot, I also make art sometimes. I don’t drink alcohol, I don’t do drugs, occasional tobacco smoker (outdoors only). Have rented in the past. Looking for a decent, stable place. Flexible budget: within reason. Place MUST be quiet during daytime hours as I work overnight 11pm - 7am and sleep approximately 9am - 4/5pm and I maintain this schedule even on my days off. I am respectful of diurnal peoples’ schedules, but my own is non-negotiable. I don’t have a vehicle, so parking is a non-issue, but bus routes must be accessible.
