I am clean, quiet, respectful and reliable. I have never missed rent, always pay it early or on time. I have respect for property and for the people in it. I am looking for quiet (including no stomping noises and no fighting noises, no noises to keep me up every night). I also need my privacy and I need someone who respects boundaries and follows the rules. I’m really tired, and looking for a space that meets my needs, hopefully a space where there aren’t any other tenants.
