i’m not too picky about room sizes and i have no issues with keeping it quiet to accommodate work schedules, school, or anything that would require sleeping at a certain time or being on the phone for long periods of time, i don’t need to be reminded to clean up after myself (or my male cat). my younger sister would be visiting frequently however she is 17 and can easily accommodate if quietness is needed and she is more than capable respecting shared spaces
