I’m moving from Vancouver and will be starting an accelerated nursing program at UofT this September. I’m looking for a place that’s calm, comfortable, and overall a good environment for a student. I enjoy catching up and hanging out with roommates, but I also value my privacy and quiet time, especially since the program will be pretty demanding. I’m not much of a partier, but I’m totally open to having guests over or hosting occasionally if you are. I previously lived in Guelph during my undergrad and am really excited to be moving back to Ontario!

My budget is around $1100-$1300 a month, but potentially willing for $1400 if condo and is a clean space with private bathroom etc. Looking to live with females only!
