A bed, laundry, wifi He is a very quiet man, that keeps to himself, prefers it that way, with no guests. Not in a relationship. Option to pay in advance for securing the room. He is currently renting, and has been there 15 plus years. He is looking to move to a similar price range with similar amenities as listed above all included $800.00 -looking for year to year term I would like to view it in advance for this older retired man.
