I’m a working professional looking for a roommate to find a place together. I am a clean, quiet roommate that does weekly cleaning to vacuum, clean the bathroom, laundry, and other as needed things. I would appreciate a roommate that can pick up after themselves and keep common spaces tidy. I can be in and out throughout the day depending on my work schedule. My sleep schedule is typically in bed by 10:30/11pm and wake up at 8am.

I have one cat, Poe, that is generally chill but I wouldn’t recommend leather furniture that he might want to stretch and scratch on.

I’m in a queer relationship so my roommate should be ok with that. We might hangout at our place maybe once a week but we typically go to her place to hangout.

I’m hoping to move to central Winnipeg in neighbourhoods like St Boniface, Downtown, Osbourne Village, or Corydon. Ideally the apartment has 2 bed, 2 bath, in suite laundry, available parking, and a fitness room though I would prioritize in suite laundry over a fitness room.
