Dear landlord, Both of us are ubc students from Sauder and science, we’re really interested in your offer, I’m from a mid class family in Singapore and my friend Edward from Hawaii, we both love hiking a lot, and we were have experience of been athletes before get into uni, we all have standards for self regulations especially for sanitary conditions and hygiene.
