Hi everyone, I’m looking for a room or roommates in Toronto starting around mid/end of June.

A bit about me: I’m 30 and currently working as a server. I’m clean, respectful, friendly and easygoing. I value open communication, keep shared spaces tidy, and appreciate a calm, comfortable living environment. I have a cat, Joey, who would be moving in with me/us. ;)

In my free time I enjoy dancing, drawing and crafty activities, running, exploring bars/cafes, hanging out with friends and/or Joey. My schedule is usually pretty flexible, so I’m looking for a place with a good balance between being social and respecting personal space.

What I’m looking for:

• Private room in a shared apartment or house, ideally already furnished shared spaces
• Open for teaming up to find a place
• Budget: around $1250/month
• Preferred areas: West, but in general open
• Move-in: mid/end June
