I’m an easy going college student. I’m transfeminine non-binary, if that’s of any concern. I am studying chemistry and fully committed to my education. I’m looking for a place to stay if I go to the University of Victoria in the fall (September) of 2026, if I don’t get into UBC. I would have my diapered chihuahua, Paco, with me (he’s absolutely precious if you enjoy small dogs).

I know how to create and maintain a garden and would be willing to take on responsiblities relating to such endeavors.

I’m a responsible adult and willing to uphold living agreements between rentee and renter. I enjoy music of all kinds, having been trained classicly using the french horn and contemporary music using the digital audio workstation, Ableton. I would also bring my 3d printer, speakers (studio monitors - I don’t blast them, I enjoy high fidelity sound without headphones, they work well on low volume), electronic equipment (soldering iron, breadboards, spare parts etc.), my computer (if you didn’t realize by now I’m a huge nerd and wouldn’t dare traverse the continent without my baby), my bike, and my clothes.

Except for my clothes, I’m willing to share my belongings and experience with a respectful individual that I would happen share a home with. Don’t think of me as a tennent! Think of me as a good friend that let’s you utilize their expertise in music, manufacturing/chemistry, and pays their share of expenses and some. If it’s a good fit except for the 3d printer and/or studio equipment, that’s okay, I can keep them in a box under my bed. The only thing I am adamant about bringing is my dog, Paco. Other than that, I hope to be an ideal tennant and pursue my education in Victoria. Thanks for reading. <3
