Hey, I’m Daniel.
I have a background in hospitality/beauty and currently transitioning to advocacy & support work. I really value a calm, respectful home space. I’m pretty independent, very clean, and mindful of shared areas.

Right now I’m living in a 3-bedroom house (top floor + attic setup), and a room will be an opening in about a month for 875, with potentially the second room on that floor beside it you can use for you cat/dog, turn it into a gaming room, meditation space, dog/cat room, guest room for your parents, whatever 🤷‍♂️ you do you. I’m looking ahead to find someone who wants something a bit more intentional than just random roommates.

The vibe I’m going for is:

• not a party house
• respectful of sleep and shared space
• 420-friendly but contained (not taking over the house)
• creative-friendly (I’m into design, cooking, and building out my space)

The layout is a bit unique:

• I’m in the attic (2 smaller rooms)
• The other person would have the main upper floor bedroom in a month for 875 and then a second room for whatever they want to use it for at some point in the next year.
• Shared bathroom + balcony
• Eventually splitting the space between just 2 people total.

Rent would start around $875 for the room initially, with the intention to restructure the space between two people longer-term.

I have a cat (David) — he’s friendly but has his own space and routine, so someone comfortable with cats is a must.

Ideal roommate:

• stable, reliable, communicative
• working or in school
• values a calm, respectful environment
