Hi, I need to come to Winnipeg off and on over the next couple of months and perhaps longer. I am looking for a month by month rental agreement for a furnished room. I will be driving between Edmonton and Winnipeg often so need a safe place to rest my head. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker. I don’t party or do drugs. I will most likely keep to myself but I can be very friendly, open, and honest. I have a 12 year old son who lives in Oakbank so I will be visiting him while I am there. I would appreciate it if he is welcome at our house for short periods but I understand if that doesn’t suit the other people I am living with. I can find other ways to visit with him. It’s more about finding affordable housing for myself. I like games of all variety: board, card, or video. I enjoy tv and movies but always listen to lower volumes. I struggle with cooking due to a brain injury so I will be utilizing the microwave mostly. I am clean and will keep my items in my room especially when I am away. Sincerely, Your Potential Roomie
