Akshaya Athwale

I’m a full-time Applied Machine Learning Scientist working in Toronto, with a background in computer vision and a recently completed PhD. My schedule is fairly structured — I work during the day, stay active, and keep things low-key at home.

I’m really into fitness and climbing, and you’ll often find me at the gym or a climbing facility after work. I’m clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces — I like keeping the home environment calm, tidy, and comfortable for everyone.

I’m social and friendly but also value personal space and quiet time. I enjoy occasional conversations or shared meals, but I’m not a party person. Overall, I’m reliable, easygoing, and considerate — the kind of roommate who pays rent on time, communicates clearly, and contributes to a positive living environment.
