I currently have my own place but choosing to move out to start fresh. I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I like to keep a peaceful, comfortable home and stay on top of shared spaces. I enjoy music, cooking, and creating a cozy environment, but I also value quiet time and personal space. I go out often on the weekends, and throughout the week Mondays & Wednesdays from 5:00pm-7:00pm. I don’t smoke cannabis but I don’t mind if you do. I do smoke nicotine, and I drink. I respect house rules though and have no issues with smoking outside / drinking outside of the home. I also have a fixed male cat.

I’m looking for a roommate who is responsible, pays bills on time, and respects boundaries. Ideally someone laid back, communicative, and tidy. I prefer a calm, drama free home. 😌
