Mature adult, father of two mature kids, 12 and 16. Frequently visiting edmonton from ontario to spend time with them. and looking for a place to transition back to edmonton life after living in ontario and fixing up my own rental property. i’ve been a land lord myself since 2018. But because I still have to bounce back between Edmonton and Ontario I need to keep my cost low so looking for a room that is comfortable and affordable.
