I am a professionally oriented, responsible, and quiet individual relocating from the Edmonton area to Bedford, Nova Scotia for a full-time management position with a local youth club.

I live a structured and consistent lifestyle, with most of my time spent working, planning, or keeping active. I am very mindful of noise (especially in a basement setting), keep my space clean and well-maintained, and take pride in being a low-impact, respectful tenant.

I don’t host parties and rarely have guests, and I am comfortable living independently while maintaining clear and respectful communication when needed.
