Hi there!

My name is Andrea, I’m a 30-something Italian professional moving to the Lower Sackville area. I’ve recently joined the team at Casa di Stefano as a Pizza Chef, so I’m looking for a place nearby to be close to work and fully commit to my new role.

About me: I’m clean, organized, and very respectful of shared spaces. Since I’ll be working full-time (including some evenings and weekends), I’m looking for a quiet and chill environment to rest. I’m a non-smoker, I don’t have pets, and I value a friendly but independent living situation.

The ‘Italian’ Plus: Being a chef, I’m naturally tidy in the kitchen and, of course, I don’t mind sharing some authentic Italian tips (or the occasional pizza!) with my roommates.

Logistics:

Move-in date: Flexible (as soon as possible).

Stay: Long-term.

Requirements: Ideally within walking/biking distance or a short bus ride from Cobequid Rd.
