Hi! I’m a graduate student at York University and will be starting work downtown in May, so I have a pretty structured weekday routine. I’m very clean and organized (a bit type-A about keeping shared spaces tidy), and I genuinely enjoy having a calm, cozy home to come back to.

A bit about me personally: I love a good balance of being social and having my own space. I enjoy things like trying new cafes, going on walks, and cooking (I love to have a tidy kitchen). I’m not a party person at home, but I’m always happy to have friendly chats and build a comfortable, respectful living environment.

I’m very mindful of noise, boundaries, and communication, and I think what makes me easy to live with is that I’m consistent, considerate, and low-maintenance. Overall, I’d love to live somewhere that feels peaceful and positive for everyone.
