I am a pretty chill guy and would like to sometimes hangout with the roommate too. I don’t mind friends over or if you play music. Weekdays I’ll be working from home so quiet time during weekdays is preferred. Other than that, I’m okay with most of the stuff. I am considerate and flexible about the shared space to keep it clean and tidy. I mostly cook and eat at home and don’t prefer outside food. Not sure if this info matters. Just putting it out there.
