I am a third-year student at Western University moving to Montreal for an internship with Bombardier. Because I’m relocating for a professional role, I bring a level of maturity and responsibility that makes for a very smooth living situation.

I have lived in the same rental since my first year of university. I value stability and have built a strong, respectful relationship with both my landlord and my roommates through clear communication and consistency.

I treat where I live like my own home, not just a “rental.” I’m naturally very clean, organized, and proactive. If a lightbulb needs changing or a drain is slow, I’m the first to notice and the first to communicate it so small issues don’t become big problems.

I understand the unspoken rules of shared living. I’m mindful of noise, respectful of common areas, and I take my financial responsibilities seriously. You’ll never have to worry about a late payment or a messy kitchen.

I’m looking for a space where I can focus on my internship while enjoying everything Montreal has to offer. I’d love to find a home that values a peaceful, tidy, and communicative environment.
