Looking for a roommate to rent out a whole apartment with.. so someone that has a budget of 800 ish..

Stuff about me… I’ll be attending school next year and I don’t know what college yet but yeah !

I love watching shows & anime + I’m into gaming so if you’re into like console game or play computer game!, we would be rockin it^^

I’ll share the chore with you, whatever chore you might dislike, I will do them instead…

I will be quiet when you’re in a meeting or doing something important that need quiet time.

Another thing, I want to mention is I want to try to start baking more n cooking so I might be in a kitchen every other day….

Roommate standard:

Looking for someone that can be a friend aswell, I hate roommate that see or not talk to eachother at all. hella annoying and someone that can talk if there any issue or anything.

I don’t mind a messy room, but it can’t be a dirty room (Messy room is just not tidy while a dirty room is just plate of food or takeout left in the room. ( I don’t want to deal with bugs and cockroach )

Prefer someone that has similar interest to me and close in the age range..

Can be a female or Male, I’m okay with both

I’m okay with pet if they’re trained, ( I dont to take a Trip to the ER for a vaccine shot… ) ( I love cat.. )

Also another thing is, preferably not to have any overnight guest, but it is something we can discuss about and change

and lastly no party in the place we’re sharing, it is going to be our place to live in the next 12 month so we don’t want to rekt it.
