I’m a respectful, clean, and easygoing person who values a quiet and comfortable living environment. I’m responsible with rent and shared responsibilities, and I like to keep common areas tidy and organized. I have a fairly structured schedule, so I’m not loud or disruptive at home.

I’m considerate of others’ space and privacy, and I personally don’t invite people over, so I’m looking for someone who has a similar lifestyle and prefers to keep the home calm and low-traffic. I communicate clearly and prefer to address things early so everything stays smooth and stress-free. I also value fairness in shared responsibilities—I’m used to splitting household chores and would like someone who’s on the same page.

I also have two cats who are just entering their senior era—they’re very gentle and well-behaved, and I take great care of them.
