Juan Diego Vanegas Giraldo

Hi, my name is Juan Diego Vanegas, and I’m from Colombia. I’m currently looking for a room in Montreal, as I’m planning to do an exchange for about 4 months (with the possibility of extending it to 6 months) to improve my English. My plan is to study at a language school in downtown Montreal with an intensive course from Monday to Friday. I also work remotely for a company based in the United States, so I usually have a structured routine: studying in the mornings and working in the afternoons. I consider myself a respectful, organized, and calm person. I don’t smoke or drink alcohol, and I really value cleanliness and a peaceful living environment. I’m also friendly and easy to get along with, and I enjoy having good conversations and building a positive atmosphere at home. In 2024, I had the opportunity to visit Montreal and Toronto as a tourist, and I truly fell in love with the city. That’s why I’m excited to come back and experience it more like a local during this study period.
