Hi everyone!

I’m a Master’s student in Mechatronics Engineering at Ontario Tech University, and I’m looking for a place to rent in Oshawa.

Move-in date: Between August 15 and September 1.

I’m preferably looking for: • A master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, or • A basement with a private walkout entrance.

My preference is for an all-female residence.

My budget is $700–$1,000/month, preferably with utilities included.

A little about me: I’m clean, quiet, respectful, and organized. I spend most of my time studying, working on research, or at the gym. I value a peaceful living environment, respect shared spaces, and always clean up after myself.

I’m looking for a non-smoking, pet-free home, and I don’t smoke, drink, or have pets myself.
