I’m an incoming PhD student at UBC looking for an unfurnished room in a shared house/apartment biking distance from UBC. I am not moving up to Vancouver until August for a fall start.

I have lived in shared housing for the last four years and consider myself a clean and thoughtful roommate. I enjoy a balance of hosting dinners and friends in my space and having quiet time. I am frequently out and about, whether it be running, hiking, surfing, or out in the snow, and will likely be on campus during the day. I am looking to be part of a communicative and thoughtful community with a good balance of social and solo time.
