Hello! I am moving from Vancouver to Halifax to attend NSCAD in Sept 2026!

I am a chill and easygoing person who is good at adapting to different living environments. I also am able to contribute a lot to a household if necessary. I’m good at little quick fixes and house projects if needed, I like to do yardwork and garden, and I am prompt with my chores and can even do extra if housemates are feeling fatigued or need help.

I can be social or quiet depending on the vibe of the space. I wont have any friends when I get there, so I probably wont have anyone over for awhile. I am not a partier but don’t mind if others are however an agreed-upon quiet time would be great.

I have a 9 year old indoor tabby cat named Timmy who is up to date on his shots.

I am flexible for moving, but hopefully I will be settled by Aug at the latest because school starts on Sept 8.

I am hoping to find a place to live for the 4 years that I am at school, but I am also open to living somewhere temporarily to see if it’s the right fit.

I’m also looking for the more inexpensive housing, preferably less than 1000 but I am flexible depending on what the options are.

Would definitely be interested in teaming up with a few people if that makes it easier to find housing.
