Seeking unfurnished room or bachelor unit for myself, or a team up with one or two people to find an apartment for early Spring 2027 or later depending on if I find a job. My budget is $700 to $850 per month for the rent and utilities, it maybe more if I find a job. I kind of like where I am living but this bedroom is small and can’t fit all my stuff.

I currently live in Simcoe but I am also looking at Brantford, but it won’t let me select it from the drop-down menu.

I am looking for work in marketing/communication space (somewhat recent graduate) but I am also on ODSP for medical reasons. I pay rent on time and can provide a reference from current an previous landlords.

Please, no children or pets. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, no drugs. I am not 420 or LGBTQ but don’t care if you are. I am kind of left/socialist and a huge Star Trek, sci-fi and TV binger.
