Hello,

I just moved to Toronto from Alberta. Looking for something short term for now to make sure it’s a good fit. I’m a fairly quiet, neat person. An extroverted introvert, meaning I love good company and great conversation, but need downtime to reset. Into most things wellness, meditation, yoga, nature, reading, art, and occasional tv/movies.

I work in mental/emotional health and trauma mentoring and wellness.
