Hi! My name’s Chloe, & I’m looking for a room this coming May to be closer to school & work.

I’m 22 and a full time fine arts student, and work part time on the side. I would love to find a long term housing fit in the east van area since I’ll be in school around there another couple years, but not super exclusive to that location if it’s the right fit! I’ve lived with roommates previously and love to hang out, but also value alone time & all that good stuff. Bonus is I have a stereo if you have records you wanna listen to or make cassette mixtapes!

My budget is max $900, including utilities & ideally furnished.

I do have a pet fish, it’s a tiny little guppy. Hope that’s okay! 🐟
