I am a working professional starting my professional life in late April at an HVAC company. I am very clean, organized and pay my rent timely. I also keep the shared places clean like cleaning the kitchen top and electric stove after I have done my cooking. I never leave the soiled dishes in the sink. I do not make noise in room, like playing loud music (always use earphones). I do not have pets nor do I have any visitors. I enjoy cooking and prefer home cooked food.
