Hi all, I’m Jim, a New Grad from McMaster and international student from China. I have recently got a job located in Downtown, Toronto. I’m now looking for a non-basement and furnished room in either Toronto (including North York, Scarborough, etc.) or Mississauga with a budget of $1600 per month (could go up to $1700 if the room and its location is really really decent). If the room is not in Downtown, Toronto, I would prefer it is near the public transit (GO station, TTC subway, etc.).

I’m also open to teamming up with others to rent a whole apartment unit together, open to people with pet (preferably not with large-size dog(s), size of Golden Retriever would be fine for me), and willing to split the housework for maintaining the shared space. DM me if interested :)
