Creative director, work from home running my own agency. Most days are quiet — heads-down on the laptop with a few calls scattered through. I keep to myself, rarely have people over, and I’m not a partier. The thing to flag upfront: my dog Sansa, a Labrador, is with me about two weeks a month on a shared arrangement with her other home. She’s calm, house-trained, kid and pet-friendly (a bit too much lol) and used to apartment living. If a part-time dog is a dealbreaker, better we figure that out now.

Outside of work, I read a lot — mostly Latin American and Russian fiction, the kind of stuff that ruins you for lighter books. I workout regularly, dance salsa and bachata on weekends, and I’m into anime and series when the brain needs to switch off. Specialty coffee is a small obsession, and I cook most days. Beer occasionally, nothing wild. I’m originally from Guatemala, a few years in Toronto, bilingual EN/ES.

Easy to live with: I keep shared spaces clean without being intense about it, communicate directly when something needs sorting, respect quiet hours. Don’t smoke, no problem if you do.
