I will be a graphic design student at KPU this September so I’m looking for a clean, quiet, and LGBTQ+ friendly home. I prefer a fully furnished room with natural light, a parking spot, and on-site laundry. As an introverted and tidy person, I value a peaceful environment and prioritize houses with fewer than three tenants to maintain cleanliness. I am comfortable with shared facilities and am happy to help with cleaning. My routine includes using the kitchen for 2.5 to 3 hours on weekends for meal preparation.
