I’m a proud single dad with 50/50 custody in need of a 2-3 bedroom living situation. My kids are with me 50% of the time, ages 8 and 13, girl and boy. I’m highly respectful of boundaries around privacy and noise. I like to cook and am always willing to share meals if reciprocated. I work at the office and from home as a graphic designer, which is rewarding but not lucrative enough to rent a 3-bedroom apartment on my own. I don’t smoke, barely drink. The whole family loves boardgames and we’re often playing when we have downtime. I just started looking for a new living arrangement in my area and I’m currently discussing finding a place together with my friend who also has a young girl, but I’m here to keep my options open in case that doesn’t pan out.
