Mature man, perfectly congenial with mutually-familiarizing chat over cocktails or coffee, but otherwise tending to keep to myself. Early sleeper and riser. Much experience over the years living with others, so appreciate the importance of communication and respecting other’s time and space. Appreciate common areas being kept tidy and clean. Though retired and am home a lot (though, again, tending to keep to my room), I have a granddaughter who I go to see quite often – so certainly not home all the time.
