Hello!

Well, I have dealt with it all by now… people not closing doors properly ** people who stomp instead of walking** people who don’t clean up after themselves ** people who don’t leave the door ajar and the fan on in the bathroom after getting some “morning business” done ** people who eat other’s food ** people who basically don’t respect others in general. Finding decent roommates has been challenging to say the least!

So… looking for a decent place to live with a person or people who have a mature outlook on life. I am extremely clean and expect those I live with to have the same attitude toward the space we live in. This is a non starter for me, so if you are casual about cleanliness then I am not the person for your rental.

Having said all of this… I just want to live with a sense of normalcy. Have a couple of suds on a Friday or Saturday night and a nice bite to eat. So many “no drinking” places… and I get it. However not everyone in the world gets wasted and destroys property and creates issues. There is a whole world full of people who drink responsibly. Yes - I am one of them.

I do smoke cigarettes as well. Outside is where I have been doing it for years. I do smoke a bit of the tweed from time to time, but have no issues with eliminating it from my lifestyle should it be an issue.

These things would need to be okay.
