Hi potential roommate :)

I’m Nichole, a fourth-year engineering student at Carleton, currently looking for someone to share a place with.

A bit about me:

• I’m into martial arts and weightlifting
• Big fan of video games and anime
• I cook occasionally
• I play bass guitar (at a reasonable volume or with headphones)

I’m pretty tidy and like to keep shared spaces clean. Doesn’t have to be spotless 24/7, but definitely not dirty. My schedule is usually busy with school and training, so I’m often out during the day. I try to be a morning person… unless it’s exam season.

I’m pretty laid-back and enjoy a calm, respectful home, but I’m also down to hang out, watch something, or just chat in the kitchen. I am more than okay with pets!

Guests are totally fine with good communication. Smoking is okay too, as long as it’s outside.

I’m looking for someone who’s respectful, communicative, reasonably clean, and chill to live with. Ideally, I would like to live with 1 or 2 other people.
