I’m a 23 years old permanent resident in canada, I currently work in the bank as banking advisor, I don’t smoke or drink, don’t have a pet, don’t mind the room is furnished or not, the only 4 thing I care about is the rent is relevant low, have a private bathroom with a bathtub, and have a washer and dryer(share or coin are both fine), and close to my work place if possible, i can definitely move in at August or September, June or July or even May is possible as well if I like the room a lot. My credit score is 767 and don’t mind if you do a credit check
